• Complimentary room upgrades to the immediate higher category (one category upgrade) are subject to availability at check-in time and for the entire duration of your stay. It is important to note that this upgrade is not guaranteed and is only valid for the immediate room category. In case an upgrade is available, but it is two or more categories higher, a cost may be applied. This cost will equal the difference in price between the upper category available and the booked room category. If you would like to know the cost, a quote will be provided upon request at check-in time, depending on the daily price for the day.
• Early check-in is subject to availability at the time of your arrival at the hotel. The standard check-in time is 3 pm on your arrival date. However, if the room is available, you can check-in earlier than 3 pm as an "early check-in" any time after 7 am on the day of your expected arrival. If you plan to arrive before 7 am and want to access your room, you will need to register and pay for the previous night's stay.
• Late check-out must be confirmed again on the day of departure and requested the night before leaving. The standard checkout time is 10:30 am, and late check-out is offered until 1 pm. If you wish to extend your stay beyond 1 pm, you might be charged the same cost as the room for an additional night.
• Our colleagues at the restaurant will automatically apply complimentary continental buffet breakfast and/or additional daily dishes from the cooked menu where applicable. Room service and a la carte items are available for an additional charge.
• One daily additional dish from the a la carte menu (cooked items) is only available to guests who have pre-booked a rate that includes the buffet continental breakfast as the default rate inclusion. It must be mentioned in the standard description as part of the pricing.If breakfast is included through membership or other exclusive benefits, it does not qualify for the additional complimentary dish from the a la carte menu.
