You may check-in from 2.00 pm. Please check-out before 11.00 am.
Is the price per room or person?
Our boutique Edinburgh hotel’s price is per room per night.
Is breakfast included in the price?
Some rates are breakfast inclusive, please check rate description for more details.
Do you have non-smoking rooms?
In common with most luxury hotels in Edinburgh Scotland, all our rooms are non-smoking.
How many floors are in the hotel and do you have a lift (elevator)?
There are 3 floors. The historic status of our building stops us installing a lift but our porters are always on hand to help with luggage.
Which languages are spoken at reception?
English, German, Polish.
Do the rooms have a terrace/courtyard?
A few rooms open out onto a private garden.
Are there TVs with international channels in the rooms?
Yes, every room has a TV showing satellite channels.
Is there a telephone in the room?
Yes, each room has a direct-dial telephone.
Do you have an Internet access in the hotel?
Yes, we have complimentary wireless Internet in all rooms.
Is there air conditioning in the rooms?
No, there’s no air conditioning.
Is parking available?
We have no dedicated guest parking but metered parking is available directly outside the hotel (Free at weekends, £1.60 an hour Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm)
Which is the nearest airport?
Edinburgh Airport (8 miles / 12km).
Do you have a pick-up or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, but taxis are readily available.
Which is the nearest railway station?
Edinburgh Waverley or Haymarket.
Are pets allowed at the property?
Pet are not permitted.
